Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager to manage and optimize supplier interactions across an aviation environment in Riyadh. The role will focus on performance monitoring, supplier collaboration, risk management, contract compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure supplier partnerships align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and service metrics.
- Build strong communication channels with suppliers to resolve issues and improve collaboration.
- Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans to protect business continuity.
- Manage contracts, renewals, compliance, and commercial terms.
- Drive cost savings, process efficiency, and innovation with suppliers.
- Ensure supplier strategy supports organizational and operational objectives.
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in supplier management, procurement, or vendor management.
- Strong background in aviation or aviation-adjacent supply chain environments.
- Proven experience in supplier performance, contracts, and risk management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Western nationality preferred.
