The Role
- Lead onboarding of new manufacturing partners worldwide: assess capability, review quality systems and certifications, and approve partners against Immensa's IMS requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 29001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Conduct remote desktop audits across all regions through document, certificate and process reviews, and escalate to on-site audits where risk requires it.
- Plan and carry out regular partner audits following the annual audit programme, report findings and follow up until all actions are closed.
- Manage partner NCRs from detection to closure, including containment, disposition and clear communication across regions and time zones.
- Drive partner CAPA: require robust root cause analysis (8D / 5 Why), verify corrective actions and confirm they prevent recurrence.
- Maintain the Approved Partner List, risk ratings and performance scorecards (quality, delivery, NCR rate, CAPA response time) for the full network.
- Review partner documentation such as material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), inspection reports and test records for compliance.
- Apply one consistent quality standard across the network while accounting for regional regulations and practices.
- Support the Supplier Quality Control team in strengthening partner control processes, inspection criteria and incoming quality checks.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Engineering and regional teams to resolve partner issues quickly and escalate repeat or critical failures.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- 5–7 years in quality roles within manufacturing, with at least 3 years in supplier quality.
- Proven experience managing international suppliers across multiple countries.
- Hands-on experience conducting remote and on-site supplier audits; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
- Proven experience managing supplier NCRs and CAPA through to verified closure.
- Solid understanding of supplier qualification, risk classification and performance monitoring.
- Ability to read technical drawings, specifications and material certificates.
- Strong communication skills, cultural awareness and the confidence to hold partners accountable.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30–40%).
