About the role:
Euro Mechanical is looking for a Supplier Relation Specialist.
Supplier Relation Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of registering, onboarding, and maintaining suppliers in the company's procurement and ERP systems. The role ensures that all supplier records, documentation, are accurate, compliant, and up to date, enabling smooth purchasing, invoicing, and payment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers as the main onboarding point of contact
- Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding, ensuring collection and verification of compliance documents and approvals
- Maintain accurate supplier master data, records, and periodic reviews in ERP
- Monitor onboarding progress, follow up on documentation, and report status to management
- Standardize and improve onboarding processes, templates, and audit readiness
- Promote employee performance, training, compliance, and alignment with company vision and values
- Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and effective communication
- Support HR in performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations
- Maintain strong internal customer focus and service levels to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance, HSE, and ethical standards
- Oversee proper asset utilization and compliance in acquisition/disposal
- Support budgeting, financial oversight, and departmental planning
- Mentor and develop team members, supporting succession and talent planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Supply Chain, Procurement, SRM, or a related field); a similar field plus additional years of relevant experience may also be acceptable.
- 2/3 years of experience in procurement, supplier/vendor management, contract management, nmjkis commonly expected.
- Professional certifications in procurement or SRM are considered an advantage, e.g. CIPS, CPSM, or Supplier Relationship Management.
