Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join a multinational aesthetics company in Dubai. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, acting as the first dedicated supply chain professional based locally. The successful candidate will oversee planning, forecasting, and operational coordination while ensuring efficient product flow and accurate invoicing. This position requires strong analytical thinking, excellent planning skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end supply chain process, from demand planning to delivery.
- Prepare and maintain demand forecasts to ensure optimal product availability.
- Coordinate closely with global supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishment accordingly.
- Process and manage invoicing related to supply chain operations.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure accurate data management within SAP or other ERP systems.
- Prepare supply chain reports and performance analyses using Excel.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and planning accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and global supply chain standards.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Experience in supply chain within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries
- Experience in a multinational environment is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Experience with invoicing processes within supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work effectively with data.
- Good planning and forecasting skills.
- Experience working with SAP or another ERP system.
- Advanced Excel skills.
