Algihaz Holding is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Governance Head to join our team in Cairo. This is a fully onsite leadership role, offering the opportunity to drive strategic impact, strengthen operational excellence, and contribute to a fastgrowing organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across all supply chain functions.
- Oversee end-to-end process governance, ensuring standardization, compliance, efficiency, and audit readiness.
- Lead vendor management governance, including onboarding, segmentation, performance evaluation, risk monitoring, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across the supply chain, enabling automation, analytics, and adoption of advanced SCM technologies.
- Manage and maintain the integrity and accuracy of material master data, ensuring alignment across ERP systems and operational functions.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Warehousing to ensure seamless integration of governance practices across the value chain.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance, compliance, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead or support cross-functional improvement projects to optimize cost, service level, and process efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company and industry standards including ISO, ESG, and regulatory frameworks.
- Train and develop staff on governance frameworks, systems, and best practices.
- Ensure business continuity planning is integrated into supply chain governance initiatives.
- Issue regular governance reports to the Supply Chain Director, highlighting risks, gaps, and strategic opportunities.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and governance models
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Advanced knowledge in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and digital supply chain tools
- Experience in supplier relationships and performance management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping abilities
- Solid understanding of master data management principles
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power PI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
- 8 - 10 years in supply chain roles, with at least 3 years in leading position
- Fluent in English
