Our client is a leading FMCG distribution company, seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficiency, cost control, and timely delivery across all channels.
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain optimal stock availability across all channels.
- Manage 3PL logistics partners, monitor transportation performance, delivery KPIs, and drive cost efficiency.
- Maintain inventory health, monitor stock aging, and minimize write-offs.
- Lead import processes, customs clearance, and supplier coordination.
- Improve processes, systems, and SOPs to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost control.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on supply chain KPIs, stock levels, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with commercial, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG supply chain and logistics management.
- Strong expertise in demand planning, inventory management, and 3PL coordination.
- Proven ability to optimize processes and manage cost efficiencies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs clearance processes.
