Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing the flow of products across the supply chain. The role ensures accurate demand forecasting, effective inventory management, and seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders. This position will act as the key interface between central and regional teams to secure maximum product availability at optimal cost levels while supporting business and financial targets. The Supply Chain Manager will proactively analyze data, anticipate risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's supply chain strategy.
  • Build and manage accurate demand forecasting models.
  • Monitor and adjust supply plans based on market and business changes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation actions.
  • Improve demand forecast accuracy through data analysis and process enhancements.
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels within Group guidelines.
  • Set and maintain local inventory parameters aligned with operational needs.
  • Provide timely updates on demand, supply, and inventory to management.
  • Maintain strong coordination with sales, marketing, finance, sourcing, and manufacturing teams.
  • Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to secure profitable agreements.
  • Analyze logistics and shipping data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor logistics operations to ensure smooth and cost-efficient flows.
  • Work with shipping, clearance, and insurance companies to support supply operations.
  • Track and report on supply chain KPIs.
  • Recommend and implement cost-effective process improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain or similar roles.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP, CPSM) are preferred.
