Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations for the company's retail fashion, footwear, and luxury product portfolio. This role ensures efficient procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and replenishment across stores, e-commerce channels, and regional warehouses while maintaining brand service standards and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fashion/luxury retail supply chains, demand forecasting, vendor coordination, and multi-channel inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Planning & Operations

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inbound logistics, warehousing, distribution, and store replenishment.
  • Develop supply chain strategies aligned with sales forecasts, seasonal buying cycles, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure timely product availability across boutiques, retail outlets, and online channels.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels to minimize shortages, overstocks, and obsolete inventory.
  • Optimize inventory turnover while maintaining luxury retail service levels.
  • Lead stock allocation for new product launches, seasonal collections, and store openings.

Demand Forecasting & Replenishment

  • Collaborate with merchandising and buying teams to forecast demand based on historical sales, market trends, and launch calendars.
  • Implement replenishment models for core and seasonal product lines.
  • Analyze sell-through performance and adjust supply plans accordingly.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

  • Liaise with international suppliers, manufacturers, and brand principals to ensure timely shipments.
  • Monitor supplier performance on lead times, fill rates, and compliance standards.
  • Negotiate logistics and supply terms where applicable.

Logistics & Distribution

  • Oversee import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight coordination for UAE and GCC distribution.
  • Ensure efficient warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Optimize transportation costs and delivery timelines.

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Utilize ERP/WMS systems for inventory visibility and supply chain tracking.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop KPIs for OTIF (On-Time In-Full), stock accuracy, and warehouse productivity.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with retail operations, finance, merchandising, and e-commerce departments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of supply chain experience in retail, fashion, footwear, apparel, or luxury sectors.
  • Minimum 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC import regulations and retail distribution models.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and forecasting capability.
  • Advanced Excel and inventory planning tools proficiency.
  • Experience managing omnichannel retail supply chains.
  • Understanding of luxury retail service expectations and seasonal fashion cycles.
