Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for Supply Chain Manager to lead and control all supply chain functions including warehouse operations, procurement execution, inventory management, and fleet coordination, ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, cost control, and end-to-end flow alignment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end supply chain operations (Warehouse, Inventory, Procurement execution, Fleet).
  • Ensure product availability aligned with operational demand.
  • Oversee warehouse performance, capacity, and discipline.
  • Coordinate procurement execution with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, turnover improvement, and stock health.
  • Control fleet performance, delivery efficiency, and cost.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs and operational risks.
  • Lead and develop supply chain team and supervisors.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with approved processes and controls.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 6–9 years experience in supply chain or operations roles.
  • Proven experience managing warehouse, inventory, and logistics functions.
  • Strong ERP experience (SAP / Odoo or similar).
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and peak seasons.
