Job Summary

The Supply Chain / Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain and operational activities, ensuring efficiency, cost control, timely delivery, and high service levels. This role focuses on planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and continuous process improvement to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain and operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
  • Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock optimization to minimize shortages and excess.
  • Coordinate logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and develop supply chain and operations teams, ensuring clear roles and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 510 years of experience in supply chain and/or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory control, and demand planning.
  • Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
