Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain integrated supplier performance dashboards supporting Control Tower governance.
- Track program milestones against supply chain readiness (development builds, certification testing, industrialization).
- Consolidate inputs from Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, and Program teams.
- Monitor supplier risk status and escalate deviations impacting certification or schedule.
- Prepare executive-level reports for governance reviews
- Support Supplier Readiness Reviews (SRR) through readiness analytics.
- Maintain traceable records supporting DOA and audit requirements.
- Develop forecasting models for material availability and supply risk.
- Leads processes automation and optimization implementation.
Qualifications/Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- A Master's degree or MBA is considered an advantage.
Professional Experience:
- 36 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement analytics, production planning, or operations, finance reporting.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance).
- Experience working with supplier performance monitoring and program milestones tracking is desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
- Strong capability to analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify risks affecting delivery or program milestones and costs.
