Corporate Supply Chain
The Corporate Supply chain team support business on freight procurement for Sea, Air & Road modes as well as in managing CFS stations. We are a fast-paced dynamic team and act as a bridge between core internal brands and service providers to ensure stocks are delivered on time and shipping costs are kept the lowest.
General Responsibilities:
- Program Manager for the centralization and transformation of core logistics systems, including Booking Management, Transport Management, and other strategic initiatives designed to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Lead automation initiatives across various territories and brands to eliminate manual, redundant, and repetitive activities, standardizing and streamlining processes
- Ability to work with large sets of data and to apply statistical and/or quantitative techniques to generate actionable insights to facilitate decision making
- Collaborate closely with Business Units to gather requirements for import operations and proactively drive necessary process changes. Coordinate with multi-functional stakeholders to track, analyze, and report on the progress and impact of digital transformation efforts.
- Actively manage and lead regular service review meetings with providers, monitoring delivery against agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Spearhead significant cost-saving projects within Import Logistics, focusing on optimizing container capacity utilization, reducing freight spend, conducting rigorous vendor evaluations, and strategically leveraging lower-cost vendor alternatives.
- Perform ongoing data analysis to generate regular reports on lead times, cost, and service levels. Collate and present relevant freight market intelligence for senior management reporting.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience leading supply chain Program/Project Management initiatives.
- Proficient in using various reporting platforms and engines (e.g., QlikView, BI Publisher, SQL Reporting) for data analysis and generating actionable insights.
- Strong experience in backend process mapping, data analysis, and improving performance.
- Experience in managing Control Towers and developing automated operational controls to ensure swift response to changing conditions.
- Proven ability to assess vendor performance, enforce compliance with KPIs, and leverage automation for monitoring
- Exposure to the Freight Market and general awareness of Middle East imports, exports and cross-trade markets is highly advantageous

The role is highly data-driven and focuses on automation, process standardization, vendor performance management, and cost optimization for sea, air, and road freight.
You'll work closely with internal business units and external logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery, optimal freight costs, and high service levels.

- Sea Freight Operations Experience (preferred)
- Project Implementations Experience
- ERP Systems
- WMS Systems
- Should have experience with SQL, Power BI, Python (preferred)
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
