Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and manage supply plans to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.
- Work closely with demand planners to translate demand forecasts into actionable supply plans.
- Ensure supply planning aligns with production capacity, supplier capabilities, and lead times.
- Identify potential supply constraints and develop mitigation plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Communicate supply plans, risks, and adjustments to key stakeholders.
- Track key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs), such as service levels, fill rates, and inventory turnover.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Implement best practices and new technologies to optimize supply chain planning processes.
Academic & professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or related supply chain functions
- Certification is A PLUS
- FMCG Background is A PLUS
