Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and manage supply plans to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory turnover.
  • Collaborate with procurement and manufacturing teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.
  • Work closely with demand planners to translate demand forecasts into actionable supply plans.
  • Ensure supply planning aligns with production capacity, supplier capabilities, and lead times.
  • Identify potential supply constraints and develop mitigation plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Communicate supply plans, risks, and adjustments to key stakeholders.
  • Track key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs), such as service levels, fill rates, and inventory turnover.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Implement best practices and new technologies to optimize supply chain planning processes.

Academic & professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or related supply chain functions
  • Certification is A PLUS
  • FMCG Background is A PLUS
