Job Brief:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Support Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role involves a blend of business development support (telesales) and recruitment coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle dual responsibilities effectively, and the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Development (Telesales):
- Conduct prospect research and lead generation activities.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Agile Consultants services.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects to build relationships.
- Support the Business Development Manager in client acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems.
Recruitment & Operations Support:
- Review applications and conduct telephonic assessments from the existing database to support client requirements.
- Profile candidate CVs and prepare professional summaries for client submissions.
- Coordinate internally to track candidate pipelines and provide timely updates.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for operations and business development.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong communication and telesales skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage dual responsibilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote setup.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills inEnglish (mandatory).
- Must bebased in Ras Al Khaimahon aresidence visa - parent/spouse sponsorship.
