JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including exposure to PMS solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Ability to succeed through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
  • Good knowledge of OPERA PMS; OPERA Cloud knowledge is essential.
  • Ability to evaluate and understand individual hotel business needs and business rules to best leverage our product functionality.
  • Strong technical mindset, proactive can-do attitude, and a customer-focused approach

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in the support and implementation of solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas, and fitness clubs across the region.
  • Handle customer cases, triage inbound caseloads, and review owned and escalated cases.
  • Ensure familiarity with new product releases as they become available.
  • Liaise with subject matter experts on client requests for enhancements and development.
  • Work with support and implementation teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded.
  • Conduct user training.
  • Perform other duties as requested or deemed appropriate by management.

Candidate must be able to work in a 24/7 support environment, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays when required. They will also participate in an on-call rotation based on business needs.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
  • French is considered a strong advantage.
