A leading construction firm is looking for a Survey Manager to lead all surveying operations for major civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring precision, quality, and compliance with regulatory and design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the surveying team, setting work scope and priorities.

- Develop and implement surveying plans and quality assurance procedures.

- Oversee data collection using GPS, total stations, and laser scanning.

- Coordinate survey data integration with engineering and construction teams.

- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and enforce field safety protocols.

- Prepare and present survey reports, maps, and project data visualizations.

Requirements:

- Degree in Land Surveying or Geodetic Engineering.

- Must have a minimum of 15 years of field experience in high raised buildings utilizing total station for setting out coordinates and building. Face survey, topography, and cross-sectional survey.

- Preferably in the Gulf Countries in engineering design and construction experience involving large-scale commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

- Expertise in total stations, GPS, data modeling, and CAD systems.

-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
