Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sustainability Solutions Specialist to lead the integration of innovative, sustainable waste and environmental solutions across our operations and client portfolio. This role is critical in supporting our sustainability vision by driving waste diversion, recycling, circularity and carbon mitigation initiatives for both existing and new customers. You will act as a subject matter expert, partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Technical teams and external stakeholders to design, deliver and monitor impactful sustainability solutions that align with regulatory requirements, market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of sustainable waste management and recycling solutions across operations, profitability and revenue streams.
• Develop tailored sustainability and waste diversion solutions by waste stream, aligned with local regulations and market trends.
• Support Sales, Key Accounts and Business Development teams with technical input for proposals and tenders.
• Act as an internal and external subject matter expert on sustainability, waste management, recycling, circularity and net-zero solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers to help define and achieve carbon and waste mitigation targets.
• Conduct site assessments and waste audits to identify efficiency, cost-saving and sustainability opportunities.
• Design and implement sustainability dashboards and reports to track KPIs, waste diversion performance and revenue linked to sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and recycling partners to ensure accurate data, reporting, and rebate management.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for internal teams and clients on sustainable waste management best practices.
• Champion sustainability knowledge management and contribute to advisory and community-of-practice networks.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) policies and risk management requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies, standards, and innovations in environmental services.
• Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Technical, Delivery, and Key Accounts.
• Engage with clients, government authorities, consultants, and technical suppliers to advocate sustainability solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Environmental Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sustainability, environmental services, waste management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the environmental services industry and sustainability frameworks.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (Urdu, Hindi, Arabic or French is an advantage).
