Hays is supporting a leading and wellestablished real estate investment firm in Dubai, recognized for its strong portfolio, disciplined investment approach, and commitment to delivering highquality real estate opportunities across global markets. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a senior leader to head their real estate investment operations function.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational framework for the firm's real estate investment platform, ensuring efficient processes across acquisitions, fund operations, and governance.
- Oversee portfolio and fund management activities, including performance monitoring, NAV oversight, cashflow management, and investor reporting.
- Support transaction execution by coordinating due diligence, structuring, documentation, and operational readiness.
- Ensure strong compliance, risk, finance controls, and adherence to regulatory and internal governance requirements.
- Enhance processes, systems, and operational workflows to improve accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
- Manage and develop teams across investment operations and fund administration.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, investment teams, finance, legal, and external partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in real estate investment operations, fund management, or asset management within a reputable investment firm, private equity platform, or institutional investor.
- Strong expertise in real estate fund structures, SPV management, crossborder investments, and operational governance.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, NAV processes, cashflow tracking, and performance analytics.
- Proficiency in Arabic language preferred and Middle East Experience is mandatory.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field; Master's or relevant professional qualifications (CFA, CAIA) are an advantage.
