Apart from payments, we provide services on Data and Insights, Lending, Insurance, Risk Solutions, etc. Our core customers are businesses at every scale and segment, though recently we are growing in direct to consumer card segment as well.

The Authorization System integration Head is a key member of the team responsible for using technology to improve business performance and strategy and Manage systems and provide necessary deployment, support, or maintenance activities. ... Ensure technology, once implemented, has the right technical support to function smoothly to meet the business requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables, or activities to be completed to relevant teams and departments.
  • Support the project execution and governance by tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process.
  • Define & execute the project onboarding
  • Define & execute the project deployment
  • Co-ordinate project team meetings to provide status updates and identify and resolve issues to ensue on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals
  • Apply standard methodologies for Agile
  • Work with Cross-Functional Teams to detect any existing bugs or issues.
  • Integration testing for all new set / services on test system
  • Ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders.
  • Identify the processes and activities needing improvement and identify and communicate the new workable process standards and best practices to approach those activities.
  • Writes daily/weekly/monthly reports collecting information from our support log for better tracing and performance's analysis on the authorization platform
  • Trains users on our Authorization system usage.
  • Acts as a liaison between the Clients and Application vendors.
  • Perform Other related duties as requested by the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Computer Science and Information Technology is preferred (or equivalent), from a recognized university.
  • 8+ years experience in a Authorization systems integration, project management, or technology operations within payments or financial services.
  • 4+ years of Team Management experience.
  • Knowledge in Switching and Integration Methods, such us:
  • APIs
  • Microservices
  • ISO 8583
  • Preferable to have Technical Programming Skills, such as :
  • C++
  • Java/ Java script
  • Oracle SQL
  • XML
  • Customer orientation mindset with capability to manage arbitration and find compromise Team / People management skills
  • Excellent command of English language (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to communicate with both business and technical counterparts
