System Admin Engineer

We are seeking an experienced System Admin Engineer with 7+ years of experience in infrastructure and system administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and supporting enterprise infrastructure systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and upgrade infrastructure systems to ensure availability and performance.

Manage and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, and Group Policy.

Support Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Teams, and video conferencing systems.

Administer SCCM and endpoint management solutions.

Support Exchange and email archiving systems.

Provide support for Windows and Linux servers.

Monitor system performance, apply patches, and ensure security compliance.

Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Maintain documentation of configurations and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in system administration or infrastructure roles.

ITIL and CCNA certifications are required.

Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security certification is required.

Strong experience with VMware environments.

Hands-on experience with AD, DC, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, SCCM, and SCOM.

Strong experience in Windows Server administration.

Good experience in Linux administration.

Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Fluent in Arabic is required.
