We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to provide advanced technical support, manage enterprise systems, and ensure seamless IT infrastructure operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage enterprise client systems including SCCM, BMC, and Nexthink.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for servers, networks, and security systems.
- Participate in system migrations, upgrades, and new project implementations.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 environments.
- Oversee endpoint protection, encryption, and patch management processes.
- Implement and monitor Change Management for configuration updates.
- Conduct routine system health checks, performance monitoring, and audits.
- Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 incident resolution and technical support.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and configuration records.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar system administration role.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM.
- Experience with endpoint protection tools, encryption solutions, and ITSM platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
