Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to provide advanced technical support and manage enterprise-level Dell infrastructure. The ideal candidate will handle Level 2 and Level 3 support, ensure seamless integration with vendors and government entities, and maintain strict adherence to information security compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for enterprise systems, troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Manage and maintain Dell Infrastructure, including PowerFlex and other DELLEMC technologies.
- Coordinate with vendors and government entities for service provision, integration, and escalation management.
- Ensure all systems and operations comply with information security policies, proactively addressing potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports related to system performance, compliance, and incident resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Dell PowerFlex and DELLEMC technologies.
- Strong knowledge of system administration, networking, and enterprise IT operations.
- Experience in Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.
- Excellent communication skills; Arabic language proficiency preferred.
- Strong understanding of information security compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
