Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator (DevOps) to join our IT operations team.
This role focuses on maintaining the health, stability, and performance of critical business
applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate is experienced in production support,
system monitoring, and performance tuning and has deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly application maintenance activities.
- Respond to and resolve application failure support tickets.
- Monitor application logs and proactively identify issues.
- Execute and support production deployments across environments.
- Manage and respond to system alarms and alerts.
- Handle SSL certificate management and renewal processes.
- Maintain and improve disaster recovery plans and application runbooks.
- Drive efforts to stabilize systems and reduce outages.
- Monitor and tune database performance, focusing on slow-running queries.
- Track and improve API performance and stats (Success, Failure, Errors).
- Conduct regular health checks on systems and services.
- Implement and manage systems monitoring tools and processes.
- Monitor and ensure the performance of mobile apps (iOS/Android).

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a System Administration / DevOps role.
- 2+ years of experience managing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics in a production environment.
- Strong expertise in log analysis, performance tuning, and monitoring.
- Solid understanding of deployment pipelines, automation, and CI/CD.
- Experience managing alarms, alerting systems, and response plans.
- Hands-on experience in disaster recovery planning and implementation.
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux systems administration.
- Knowledge of SSL certificate management.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
- Exposure to mobile performance monitoring tools.
- Understanding of API Gateway, reverse proxies, and load balancing.
