Provide immediate technical support to users of the system, including Fund employees and strategic partners, and address any technical challenges according to Approved procedures.
Regularly follow up with Fund specialists to diagnose technical challenges and propose appropriate technical solutions, in coordination with various stakeholders within and outside the Fund.
Implement system update planning processes and adhere to the necessary periodic maintenance and upgrades to ensure system stability.
Implement testing plans for new system processes and services and address any technical challenges before activating them in the live system.
Managing system support operations, such as setting up user accounts and defining user permissions according to approved policies.
Respond to technical inquiries from relevant parties within the scope of responsibility and provide the necessary support to address problems encountered in system processes and services.
Work on the continuous improvement of system support processes, in line with the rapidly changing nature of work, and follow up on resolving software and operating system issues.
Coordinate directly with the Fund's staff, and hold periodic meetings and sessions to discuss the requirements for supporting and developing the system, within the scope of the defined responsibilities.
