Job Title: Senior Business Analyst T24 (AA & TPH Modules)
Job Purpose
The Senior Business Analyst will support a T24 functional upgrade with a focus on
AA and TPH modules, including implementation, Level II support, and business analysis tasks such as requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT coordination. The role serves as a key liaison between Business and IT for change requests and enhancements, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert for T24 AA & TPH modules.
- Lead requirement gathering, functional design, and documentation (FSD, test cases, impact analysis).
- Support AA & TPH implementation, especially in migrations from LD/MM.
- Collaborate with business and development teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
- Assist in UAT testing, issue replication, and escalation to Temenos if required.
- Maintain records of change requests, defects, and ensure adherence to change and incident management processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
- 10+ years of experience in T24 Core Banking, with strong exposure to AA, TPH, and Islamic modules (retail, corporate, payments, and digital).
- Experience across T24 implementation, upgrade, support, and migration projects.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Expertise in T24 modules: AA Customer, Accounts, Deposits, Funds Transfer, TPH, MX messages, Limits, Collateral, GL mapping, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Islamic Banking products and workflows.
- Familiarity with Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Unix, Windows, Java, IBM WAS, MQ.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, banking systems, and delivery channels.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and manage incidents effectively.
