Job Description:
As a strategic TA partner, you will oversee the entire recruitment process and lead a team of recruiters or resources to attract and hire top talent. You will help develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure the organization has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time to execute its business objectives. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and act as a trusted advisor in building a strong, capable, and agile workforce that drives organizational success.
As a TA Analyst you will support the data and reporting related to the end-to-end recruitment processes, setting new standards of excellence within the industry. The role requires you to Leverage data-driven insights and create and distribute TA related analytical reports to the relevant stakeholder
- Developing and Implementing Recruitment Strategies: This includes creating strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing various sourcing channels, and optimizing the recruitment processes.
- Overseeing the Recruitment Process: This encompasses all stages, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Proactively drive and manage all recruitment activity within perimeters.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders alike to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment on candidate selection.
- Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to relevant employment laws, regulations and system governance
- Managing Recruitment Metrics: Ensure quality of recruiting data is maintained to the highest possible standard with our Applicant tracking system and track and analyse recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Building Relationships: Fostering external relationships with recruitment agencies, schools, colleges, universities and other talent sources to expand the candidate pipeline
- Hiring Manager Support: Coach, challenge and advise Hiring Managers and leaders using recruitment and market data to inform and influence local and key hiring decisions
- Talent Pooling: Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipeline for future recruitment needs identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideas
- Project and Event support: Support hiring events and candidate engagement activities.in terms of planning and coordination.
- Ensuring compliance with the applicable HSE instructions, requirements, laws and regulations received from customers, regulatory and statutory bodies.
- Support the global alignment to drive consistency in TA managing the PSL.
- Review global data to use in TA related conversations to drive best in practice processes and experience.
- Review hiring processes to enable the delivery team and hiring community to effectively attract, select and retain our hires.
- Design and facilitate in house training for the Global Talent Acquisition team and connect with multi-functional teams on process related projects.
- Work with the TA communities regionally whilst driving a consistent global approach.
- Seek efficiencies in process design gain participant feedback regularly to evaluate their experience.
- Roll out proposed SLAs, monitor and report
- Accountable to oversee reporting and analytics outputs from the TA coordinator(s) looking at trends and identifying potential improvements to be articulated to key stakeholders
- Vendor management is required in this role e.g., Job Boards (LinkedIn, Indeed) and Agencies
Qualifications:
- Must have proven experience in Middle East and Africa Recruitment.
- At least 2 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates, as well as developing strong relationships with hiring managers to support functions across our businesses in the Middle East and Africa region. You will be working closely with the local HR Advisors to achieve business outcomes
- Proficient in English (mandatory) and Arabic (preferable)
- Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology preferably within a global organization.
- Build strong relationships, communicating and influencing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition Technology including ATS / CRM systems.
- Ability to interpret data from a variety of sources and drive solutions in a complex and ambiguous environment.
- Ability to be clear, concise and professional in delivery of messaging.
- This role will hold full accountabilities for all stages of the hiring process, from attraction to onboarding whilst ensuring the candidates have a quality experience throughout every step.
- Comfortable using predictive analytics to identify outcomes and improve decision making, e.g. sourcing strategics & strategic workforce shaping
