Ensure that the data visualization design is aligned with the overall data strategy and business goals.
Optimize existing Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.
Integrate data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files) to create dynamic dashboards.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and integrity across dashboards.
Provide support for ad hoc data requests and dashboard enhancements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Tableau and data visualization.
Leverage advanced Tableau features such as calculations, parameters, level of detail (LOD) expressions, and Tableau Prep for data cleaning and transformation.
Utilize storytelling techniques to present complex data in a clear, engaging manner.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Tableau dashboard design and development (Mandatory)
Expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Online, and Tableau Prep. (mandatory)
Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and the ability to implement them effectively.
Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle).
Knowledge of business intelligence concepts and KPIs to align visualizations with business objectives.
Exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
