Role Overview

Bechtel is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join us in our Middle East office. The coordinator will collaborate with recruitment team members to gain an understanding of processes and procedures for scheduling candidates and will act as a liaison between the candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager.

The Coordinator will interact with external candidates as part of the interview process in person, over the phone, and in writing. This candidate must demonstrate a high level of customer service in communication and interaction with internal and external customers.

In addition to the primary responsibilities below, the successful candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, the ability to multi-task and contribute quickly to unscheduled tasks and requests, collaborate with the entire team, and interact with executives and all levels of employees.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and schedule local and remote interviews by coordinating with the recruiter, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Manage all interview related to travel and expense reimbursement.
  • Greet and escort candidates to interviews focusing on a positive candidate experience.
  • Generate and process offer administration documents for candidates selected for hire.
  • Work efficiently in Talent Acquisition systems & software (SuccessFactors, SAP, QlikView, etc.)
  • Prepare recruitment reports on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis as required
  • Coordinate the candidate on-boarding process.
  • Coordinate career fair/hiring events as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Expert level experience with MS Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize & meet multiple individuals and team deadlines in a fast-paced, changing, dynamic work environment with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work with minimal direction, often with deadline pressures
  • Ability to speak in Arabic and English is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience.
  • Prior experience working in an HR or Recruitment function
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adept in technology
  • Strong external/internal networking and collaboration skills
