Job Overview

Loynova is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our People team and drive hiring across technical and business functions. This role will focus on building strong talent pipelines, delivering exceptional candidate experience, and supporting company growth through strategic hiring and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruitment for roles across Engineering, Product, Data, and Business functions.
  • Hold role intake sessions with hiring managers to clarify requirements and align hiring plans and interview stages.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical capabilities, motivation, and culture fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect structured feedback, and support hiring managers with hiring decisions.
  • Track pipeline progress, provide weekly hiring updates, and proactively highlight risks or bottlenecks.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Zoho, professional communities, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain organized pipelines inside the ATS and ensure candidate records are accurate and up to date.
  • Write clear and attractive job descriptions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment content.
  • Suggest improvements to interview processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring workflows.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress.

Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong background in technical recruitment.
  • Proven experience hiring for technical roles (Engineers, Developers, Consultants, Product, and Business roles).
  • Proficiency in modern sourcing tools and techniques
  • Proactive, analytical, highly organized, and results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • French is a plus.
