Key responsibilities
HR strategy & operations
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organisational development
- Build and implement HR policies and frameworks compliant with UAE Labour Law
- Manage HRIS/HRMS systems, employee records and HR reporting
Talent acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment with a focus on hiring 1520 real estate agents (80% resale / 20% off-plan) within 12 months
- Build talent pipelines within the UAE real estate recruitment network
- Oversee onboarding, orientation and induction processes
Sales agent performance management
- Design KPIs, commission structures and productivity benchmarks for the sales team
- Monitor agent performance and support leadership with reviews and improvement plans
- Drive a high-performance, results-driven culture across the sales division
Employee relations & engagement
- Manage conflict resolution and maintain positive employee relations
- Lead engagement and retention initiatives across the organisation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 35 years of HR experience with minimum 2 years in a senior/managerial role in the UAE
- Mandatory: proven experience hiring off-plan and secondary market real estate agents in Dubai
- Experience in a real estate brokerage or property development company is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS platforms and digital recruitment tools
