Job Summary
Axis is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordination, and hiring operations. This internship is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build practical experience in recruitment and HR while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination
- Post vacancies on job boards and recruitment platforms
- Screen CVs based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial phone screening calls with candidates
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers and systems on ZenATS
- Assist in talent sourcing through LinkedIn and other channels
- Support employer branding and hiring activities when needed
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Arabic
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship or university activity in HR or recruitment is a plus
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is a plus
- Basic understanding of ATS systems is an advantage
