As a talent acquisition intern who is passionate about candidate experience and company culture you will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media to identify potential candidates for open roles
- Candidate Screening, reviewing resumes and conduct initial outreach to gauge candidate interest and alignment with our values
- Interview Coordination and managing the behind-the-scenes logistics, including scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Assisting in creating content for our careers page or social media to showcase our company culture
- ATS Management through Keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clean and up-to-date, automate actions to facilitate the hiring process and make it tech-driven
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you enjoy talking to people!
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without breaking a sweat
- Tech Savvy, familiarity with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; experience with an ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
- A people-first attitude, a high degree of empathy, and a hunger to learn the nuances of the tech/business landscape
