As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. You will gain valuable insights into the hiring process, improve your communication skills, and develop a deeper understanding of Talent Acquisition strategies.
Roles and responsibilities
- Use various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
- Assist in building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and applications to match candidates with job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates suitability.
- Assist in scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Participate in campus recruitment drives and career fairs.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
- Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with sourcing tools is a plus.
