Job Summary
The senior talent acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top talent to meet business needs. The role requires partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, and maintaining strong employer branding.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
- Conduct candidate assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Oversee and coordinate employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in the automotive industry is MUST.
