Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment across the business, with an initial focus on Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), while supporting the firm's broader regional expansion.

This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, requiring someone who can manage recruitment at pace, partner effectively with senior stakeholders, and build strong, sustainable talent pipelines while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping recruitment practices, managing vendors and internal stakeholders, and supporting the development of scalable hiring processes as the business continues to grow across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Delivery - Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment across all business areas, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and high-quality hiring process.
  • Stakeholder Management - Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and provide guidance on market conditions, candidate availability, and hiring approach.
  • Sourcing & Pipeline Development - Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping, reducing reliance on external agencies.
  • Graduate Recruitment & Early Careers - Design and implement structured graduate, early careers and internship recruitment strategies aligned to business growth plans. Build relationships with universities to build key talent pools across the region.
  • Vendor Management - Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring quality of candidates, alignment to business needs, and effective cost management.
  • Candidate Experience - Ensure a professional and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach through to offer and onboarding.
  • Compliance & Best Practice - Continuously improve recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with company policies, Middle East labor laws and DEI principles, ensuring best practice hiring standards.
  • Data & Reporting - Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g. time to hire, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness), providing insights to support decision-making and process improvements with regular reporting.
  • Team Leadership - Build and mentor a small TA team contributing to the development of a scalable Talent Acquisition function.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating at pace, balancing delivery with structure, and bringing a practical, solution-oriented approach to recruitment.

You will have experience in talent acquisition within the Middle East region, ideally across consulting, professional services, or financial services environments, and be confident navigating the nuances of hiring in KSA.

You are someone who takes ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle - from shaping the brief through to closing candidates - and are equally comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders as you are rolling up your sleeves to drive sourcing and delivery.

You have experience working with external vendors but are motivated to build strong internal pipelines and reduce dependency on agencies over time.

You understand the importance of candidate experience and take pride in running a process that is both professional and engaging.

You bring a data-informed mindset, using insights and metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes, without losing sight of the human side of recruitment.

Experience in building or supporting graduate and early careers hiring initiatives would be advantageous, particularly in creating longer-term, sustainable talent pipelines.

Most importantly, you are someone who thrives in a growing, entrepreneurial environment - comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by building, and excited by the opportunity to shape how recruitment evolves as the business scales across the region.
