Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition operations, ensuring standardized, compliant, and high-quality service aligned with global guidelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and vendors to deliver effective recruitment solutions and diverse sourcing strategies.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement, automation, and best practices with Global HRBS.
  • Support adoption and expansion of the Talent Acquisition portfolio, including piloting new services and enabling smooth market transitions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, focusing on capability building, engagement, and retention.
  • Provide reliable service delivery and actionable insights to stakeholders through dashboards and analytics.

Job Requirements:

  • MBA preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in international, fast-paced (preferably FMCG) environments.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Excellent Command of English.
  • Familiarity with BPO operations and recruitment vendor management.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and selection methodologies.
  • Proficient with recruiting technologies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience translating insights into action.
  • Strong stakeholder influence, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with HR technology, project management, and delivery.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
