To support our aggressive growth strategy, we are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to architect our hiring strategies and attract top-tier talent.
Role SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Lead will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Nationwide MEA Properties. With 710 years of experience, you will move beyond transactional hiring to act as a strategic talent partner to the leadership team. You will be responsible for manpower planning, executive search, and building a high-performance workforcespecifically focusing on acquiring top-producing Real Estate Consultants and key operational staff.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Talent Planning
Design and execute a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the company's revenue goals and expansion plans.
Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs (Manpower Planning) and define role requirements.
Develop specific strategies for high-volume recruitment of commission-based Real Estate Agents versus corporate/support roles.
2. Sourcing & Headhunting
Lead executive search and headhunting initiatives for senior roles and top-performing property consultants.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, competitor mapping, and referrals).
Manage and optimize external recruitment agency relationships and negotiate terms of business.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Position Nationwide MEA Properties as an Employer of Choice within the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Oversee the candidate journey to ensure a professional, seamless, and engaging experience from application to offer acceptance.
Manage the company's careers page and LinkedIn presence to attract active and passive talent.
4. Data & Reporting
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Source Effectiveness, Employee Retention).
Provide weekly and monthly reports to Senior Management, offering insights on market trends and salary benchmarking.
5. Leadership & Compliance
Mentor and guide junior HR/Recruitment staff.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE Labor Law and internal policies.
Oversee the offer management process, including salary negotiation and contract issuance.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Mandatory Certification: Must hold a recognized senior HR qualification such as CIPD Level 7, SHRM-SCP, CHRM, or equivalent.
Experience
7 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
At least 4 years of managerial experience.
Industry Experience: Proven track record in the Real Estate, Property Development, or Luxury Retail sectors in the UAE is highly preferred.
Demonstrable experience hiring for both commission-based sales roles and corporate support functions.
Skills & Competencies
Language: Native-level or completely fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Arabic is an advantage but not required.
Strong headhunting skills with the ability to attract passive candidates.
Expertise in salary negotiation and closing candidates at a senior level.
Proficiency with modern ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS.
Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to push back and advise senior leadership.
