We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for both projects and Head Office roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing effective hiring strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and attracting top-tier talent while optimizing recruitment efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with 2P's objectives.
- Define and enhance sourcing and selection methodologies to attract high-caliber talent.
- Achieve recruitment targets and reduce first-year employee turnover.
Recruitment Process Optimization
- Streamline and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Implement best practices for sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Oversee recruitment tools and technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor and improve time-to-fill, cost per hire, and candidate experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Represent the organization at recruitment events and industry conferences.
Metrics, Reporting & Compliance
- Define and track KPIs for the talent acquisition team.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports, including hiring metrics and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity hiring.
Special Projects & MIS
- Lead special recruitment-related projects as assigned by 2P leadership team.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of departmental reports in line with policies and standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including managerial or leadership experience.
- Required Certification:SHRM or CIPD Level 7 certification.
- Skills: Advanced recruitment strategies, talent pipeline management, workforce planning, data analysis, employer branding, and interviewing techniques.
