The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing the full recruitment strategy for a diversified group of companies. This role ensures the attraction, assessment, and hiring of top talent while maintaining a strong employer brand and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. The role includes managing a TA team, partnering with business leaders, and driving recruitment excellence across all entities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a group-wide Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to forecast workforce needs.
Build hiring plans for high-volume, niche, and mission-critical positions across all subsidiaries.
Establish recruitment KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior, managerial, and specialized roles across.
Standardize recruitment processes, assessment frameworks, and interview structures across all companies.
Implement best practices for candidate sourcing, screening, competency-based interviewing, and offer management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
Build robust talent pipelines for technical fields.
Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the Group's market positioning.
Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to ensure high performance and capability building.
Collaborate closely with department heads to clarify job requirements and create accurate job briefs.
Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, assessment providers, and executive search firms.
Act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives on talent availability and hiring trends.
Use data analytics to monitor hiring costs, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness.
Prepare recruitment dashboards and reports for executive management.
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Ensure continuous improvement of TA processes and candidate experience.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven hiring experience in tech, software development, AI, BI, cybersecurity, and engineering/construction sectors.
Strong track record in managing group-level or multi-entity recruitment.
Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.
Deep understanding of talent markets for technical and engineering roles.
Ability to manage high-volume and specialized hiring simultaneously.
Leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
