Talent Acquisition Manager
Role Purpose
To lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment function, develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, and build a high-performing recruitment team that attracts and secures top-tier talent across all levels and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Design and implement a proactive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational growth plans and workforce needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles across all business units.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice in the market.
Executive & Senior Hiring
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and leadership roles, including sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with executive leadership to understand hiring needs and provide strategic talent advisory.
Team Leadership
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
- Set individual KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure consistent delivery against hiring targets.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and candidate experience excellence.
Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop headcount plans.
- Analyze talent market trends and provide data-driven insights to support workforce decisions.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent acquisition matters, market intelligence, and hiring best practices.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and strategic sourcing partners.
Process & Technology
- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and ATS systems to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Define and track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record in executive hiring and managing large-scale recruitment campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor market, Saudization requirements, and Qiwa/MHRSD regulations
- Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in Arabic and English
Preferred:
- Experience in staffing, RPO, or managed services environments
- Familiarity with competency-based interviewing frameworks
- Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
