Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role within the Food Manufacturing industry.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and strategies, especially in the Food Manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
