We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in the fast-paced world of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). In this critical role, you will play a key part in shaping our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract top talent to support our growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within the FMCG sector, and a proven track record of successfully filling high-volume positions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices. You will also have the opportunity to create an inclusive candidate experience that reflects our values and workplace culture. As part of the HR leadership team, you will lead a team of recruiters, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the overall talent management strategy. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored for the FMCG sector.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expert consultation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals and enhance team performance.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and managing a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
