Role Summary
Lead and execute the company's talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent across retail or F&B operations. Support business expansion, store openings, and workforce planning while enhancing employer branding and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (from requisition to onboarding).
- Lead mass hiring for operational roles and recruit for managerial positions.
- Oversee workforce planning and recruitment budgeting.
- Monitor and improve KPIs (Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire).
- Lead and develop the recruitment team.
- Build employer branding initiatives and external partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.
- Optimize recruitment processes and ATS utilization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in Retail or F&B.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment and ATS platforms.
