Role Summary

Lead and execute the company's talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire, and retain top talent across retail or F&B operations. Support business expansion, store openings, and workforce planning while enhancing employer branding and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (from requisition to onboarding).
  • Lead mass hiring for operational roles and recruit for managerial positions.
  • Oversee workforce planning and recruitment budgeting.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs (Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire).
  • Lead and develop the recruitment team.
  • Build employer branding initiatives and external partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and ATS utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in Retail or F&B.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment and ATS platforms.
