Nile Developments Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment operations across our Real Estate Development and Construction companies.
This role is responsible for building a high-performing talent pipeline, managing a large recruitment team, and ensuring the acquisition of top-tier professionals across technical, commercial, and corporate functions.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Real Estate Development, with exposure to Construction recruitment being highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full Talent Acquisition function for both Real Estate Development and Construction entities.
- Develop and execute workforce planning strategies aligned with business expansion plans.
- Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team.
- Design structured recruitment processes and ensure best-in-class candidate experience.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and organizational growth plans.
- Manage large-volume hiring for site-based roles, technical engineers, commercial teams, and head office functions.
- Develop employer branding strategies to position Nile Developments as a top employer in the market.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs (Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of overall HR experience.
- Minimum 4+ years in Talent Acquisition within Real Estate Development (mandatory).
- Experience in Construction recruitment is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing a recruitment team.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Experience in high-volume hiring and technical roles recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (HR certification is a plus).
