Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage a growing recruitment function. This is a strategic role requiring strong leadership capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive scalable hiring solutions across complex business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a Talent Acquisition team of 34 members, including national talent
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple divisions
- Design and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives and workforce planning
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads across Real Estate, Engineering, and Construction
- Oversee sourcing strategies, interviews, assessments, and offer management
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, systems, and best practices
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives and market presence
- Provide data-driven insights, reports, and hiring metrics to support leadership decisions
- Support broader HR and organizational development initiatives as required
Requirements
- 812 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams
- Strong exposure to Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering industries
- Demonstrated strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured MNC environment
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory); English proficiency required
- Willingness to work 5 days onsite
