Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Manager/Senior Manager you will support PwC Middle East's Digital & Cyber practice,you will be instrumental in attracting top-tier technology talent to drive our regional digital transformationand cybersecurity initiatives. You will collaborate with business leaders across the Middle East to
deliver a seamless recruitment experience aligned with PwC's People Value Proposition.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Talent strategy & stakeholder leadership: Build and execute a regionally relevant recruiting strategy for Digital & Cyber, tied to hiring plans, budget, and workforce demand.
  • Serve as primary partner to business leaders and HRBPs; set expectations, influence outcomes, and communicate trade-offs with executive-ready slide decks and concise updates.
  • Lead, develop, and performance-manage a team of recruiters; set clear goals, run weekly pipeline reviews, calibrations, and sourcing sprints.
  • Sourcing: Develop creative sourcing strategies leveraging Middle East talent pools, tech communities, and events.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute end-to-end hiring for technology roles in cybersecurity, digital transformation, cloud, data analytics, and emerging tech.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an inclusive, and positive candidate journey aligned with PwC's brand.
  • Proven record of creating executive-ready slide decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) to drive decision-making with senior stakeholders.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of recruiting experience, with recent focus on digital and cyber roles
  • Experience leading a recruiting team with measurable outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of Middle East talent markets and the cyber/digital role landscape (e.g., digital transformation, cyber security, IAM, GRC, OT/IoT, data privacy, resilience/BCM, cyber-AI, data & cloud, digital engineering)
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver results quickly.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools (SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
