We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support our recruitment activities on a temporary basis for a period of one month, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment delivery, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience across multiple roles.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from vacancy notification through to candidate onboarding.
- Source, screen, assess, and select candidates in line with role requirements and business needs
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by providing timely communication and a high level of customer service
- Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process
- Conduct regular meetings with HR and Hiring Managers to drive accountability for timely feedback and decision-making
- Utilise appropriate recruitment and selection tools to ensure cost-effective and high-quality hiring
- Leverage social media platforms and creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage both active and passive talent
- Manage the recruitment process and maintain accurate, up-to-date data in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality recruitment services
Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 24 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the UAE or GCC
- Good understanding of UAE labour market, visa processes, and hiring practices
- Experience using ATS and recruitment tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
