This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Heliopolis. The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet staffing needs. Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will also maintain a talent pipeline, manage job postings, and stay updated on recruitment best practices to attract top talent that aligns with Groovy's professional and client-focused culture.

• Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Strong skills in Hiring with an ability to identify, engage, and onboard top talent
• Excellent Communication and Interviewing skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with HR processes, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment tools
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic clinics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
