Talent Acquisition Specialist | 2-Year Employment Contract | ADGM, Abu Dhabi

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a financial institution based in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) on a 2-year employment contract.

The successful candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and delivering an excellent candidate experience. This role is well suited to someone who is proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a range of roles
• Lead proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate the interview and selection process
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Support offer management, negotiation, pre-employment activities, and onboarding coordination
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates to key stakeholders

What You Bring

• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or executive search
• Strong sourcing and candidate-mapping capabilities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to recruitment
• Experience within financial services, banking, investment, trading, asset management, or a similar professional environment would be an advantage
• Familiarity with the UAE and Abu Dhabi / Asia / Europe talent market would be beneficial
